Renewing any BC Liquor Licence, submitting a Catered Event or submitting a Temporary Use Area Event is fast and easy through OneStop: open 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Renew all liquor licenses
Following is useful information for renewing your licence online:
- You need a BCeID account registered with OneStop. If you do not have a registered account, please contact the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch:
- Call toll-free from anywhere in British Columbia except Victoria: 1 888 544-0443
- From Victoria and anywhere outside British Columbia: 250 952-7039
- A liquor licence can be renewed no more than 60 days prior to the expiry date.
- A liquor licence can be renewed no more than 30 days after its expiry date.
- Late fees will apply for any liquor licence renewed after the expiry date.
Submit Catered Events
Following is useful information for submitting a Catered Event:
- You need a BCeID account registered with OneStop. If you do not have a registered account, please contact the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch:

- From Victoria and anywhere outside British Columbia: 250 952-7039
- If you hold a Catering licence or endorsement, you will be able to submit notice of Catered events.
- Ensure you have the details to submit your event, as you cannot save and return to it later.
Submit Temporary Use Area Events
Following is useful information for submitting a Temporary Use Area event:
- You need a BCeID account registered with OneStop. If you do not have a registered account, please contact the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch:

- From Victoria and anywhere outside British Columbia: 250 952-7039
- If you hold a Temporary Use Area endorsement, you will be able to submit notice of a Temporary Use Area event.
- Ensure you have the details to submit your event, as you cannot save and return to it later.
- If the Temporary Use Area event is small (under 500 people) it must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.
- For large (500 or more people) events, it must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
- There is a limit of 26 event days, per year, for each Temporary Use Area endorsement.
Submit Market Events
The following is useful information for submitting a Market event:
- You need a BCeID account registered with OneStop. If you do not have a registered account, please contact the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch:

- From Victoria and anywhere outside British Columbia: 250 952-7039
- If you hold a Manufacturer licence with an on-site store endorsement, you will be able to submit notice of Market events.
- Ensure you have the details to submit your event, as you cannot save and return to it later.
Submit Liquor-Free Events
Following is useful information for submitting a Liquor-Free event:
- You need a BCeID account registered with OneStop. If you do not have a refitered account, please contact the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch:
- Call toll-free from anywhere in British Columbia except Victoria: 1 888 544-0443
- From Victoria and anywhere outside British Columbia: 250 952-7039
- If you hold a Liquor Primary licence, or a Food Primary licence, you will be able to submit notice of Liquor-Free events.
- Ensure you have the details to submit your event, as you cannot save and return to it later.
